A pioneer in the field of flooring system tiles
With the idea of simplifying the installation of natural stone tiles, the success story of QuickTile began as early as 1998. The inventor of the “click tile,” Tomas Della Pepa, had the vision of revolutionizing the professional installation of tiled floors. In his view, it should be possible for any layperson to achieve a perfect installation result while working in a dust-free and clean manner. He developed a special flooring system that works differently from the conventional methods known at the time. His pioneering work was already honored in 2004 by an expert jury with the Founder’s Award. To this day, QuickTile continues to research and develop products and materials in order to further expand its lead in the field of dry installation.

Optimization of the grout pattern
With specially developed joint spacers that are directly attached to the QuickTile flooring system, we ensure a precise and uniform grout pattern.

Introduction of the pressure distribution plate
Thanks to the developed pressure distribution plate with an integrated leveling system, we were able to further optimize the installation process.
Acquisition of the partner company for installation
Assembly and installation are carried out directly by us. This ensures consistently high quality and fast implementation.

Based on many years of experience, our research department has developed a new, highly durable support system that replaces the previous frame construction and sets new standards.
Optimierung der Trittschalldämmung
Durch die Integration spezieller Abstandshalter in die Rahmenkonstruktion konnten Vibrationen deutlich reduziert werden.

Einführung neuer Produktionstechnik
Höhere Anforderungen an die Punktbelastung – insbesondere im gewerblichen Bereich – führten zu einer weiteren Entwicklungsstufe unseres Systems. Die Verfüllung mit Polyurethan im Sandwichaufbau stellt dabei einen Meilenstein dar und verbessert Belastbarkeit sowie Druckfestigkeit deutlich.
Neues Rahmendesign
Die Erweiterung um zusätzliche Oberflächenmaterialien machte eine optimierte mechanische Verbindung zwischen Rahmen und Fliese erforderlich. Daraus entstand ein speziell entwickelter Hinterschnitt, der die Stabilität der Verbindung nachhaltig verbessert.

Innovationspreisträger 2004
Die Quick Line GmbH wurde für ihr revolutionäres Verlegesystem im Jahr 2004 mit dem Pionier-Geist Award als Innovationspreisträger ausgezeichnet.
Verbesserung der Stabilität
Um die Stabilität weiter zu erhöhen, wurde unser Klick-Fliesen-Rahmen gezielt weiterentwickelt. In diesem Zuge entstanden integrierte Stabilisierungsgitter sowie die dritte Entwicklungsstufe unseres Verlegesystems.

Weiterentwicklung des Systems
Durch die Optimierung des Designs konnten wir die Aufbauhöhe von 6 auf 4 mm reduzieren und erste Spritzgussversuche mit einer 2K-Versuchsform durchführen.
Patentanmeldung
Die patentrechtliche Absicherung erfolgte durch eine internationale Patentanmeldung.

Entwicklung des ersten Prototypen
Im Anschluss an die Entwurfsphase mit CAD-Anwendungen und Softwaresimulationen wurde der erste Prototyp aus Kunststoff gefertigt.
